CoC is the first of its kind in the region, offering Part-Time as well as Full-Time mode of learning in a sophisticated residential campus. CoC believes and aims to provide knowledge not only in the academic domain but also in the life skills of its students and staff.

Unlike many in the region, CoC maintains its education quality by having utmost importance to its teaching methodology, to the quality of trainers and with providing necessary additional support to its members whenever required. Our Team

With highly experienced domain experts as the backbone of the organisation, College of Commerce selects the best of the available trainers for its Part-Time, Full-Time and Integrated College Programs. Every Lead Trainer in CoC is highly qualified in their respective domain and are more than capable of teaching and supervising their students.

Teaching Assistants for each course conducts and reviews daily tests and quizzes to increase the student’s grip and understanding of everyday lectures. Junior Trainers are assigned for each student to monitor their progress in the course, they also make sure the student has a comfortable college life and act as an elder brother/sister for each student.

Dr Karunakaran Kulandaivelu

Rated as one of the best in his profession by his peers, Dr Karunakaran has over 35 years of experience in Academia as a Lecturer, Professor, Dean, Principal & Secretary of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science and currently the CEO of 11 Institutions under the Hindusthan Educational and Charitable Trust, the Managing Director of Hosur Public School and RACE Institutions of Vellore, Erode & Namakkal. Dr Karunakaran has also been the President of Principal Association Coimbatore and Joint-Secretary of All India Principal Association. To his students, Dr Karunakaran is a well-known friend and an Exceptional Leader to his colleagues. His reputation well precedes his name.

Dr Chitra is a highly qualified teacher/trainer with over two decades of experience in the subjects of Quantitative Techniques, Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Computer Science and Information Technology. Having worked as a Professor in Sona College of Technology and as a Visiting Professor in Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science, and with her strong passion towards teaching, Dr Chitra has co-founded College of Commerce to continue her services for the country’s education.

CS Shilpi Periwal

Records are meant to be broken and our students have consistently set high records and unfailingly the current batches have broken them. At the same time I insist that marks are not important. Students should try to enhance their knowledge in order to face the challenges in the professional world. “Leaders are Created not born” Here we believe that each Child is special and we give personalized attention to develop the skills of each.”

After completing her CS (Company Secretary) & Chartered Accountancy (Inter) in 2009, Ms Shilpi owns more than 4 years of experience as a Company Secretary. She voluntarily gave up her lucrative career as a practicing professional to fulfil her teaching passion. In 2014, she started Shilpi’s Academy for courses like CS, CA, etc., also she has taught in ICSI Chapter and Career Zone – Coimbatore, ICSI Regional Office – Kolkata and has given a number of guest lectures for many leading schools, colleges and private institutions. Mrs Shilpi is also a certified Personality Development and Communication Skills trainer.

Dr Ilanchezhiyan is a qualified trainer for CA and CMA. His experience exceeds over two decades and has guided over thousands of commerce aspirants in becoming professionals in their respective fields. He is popularly know as Chezhiyan in the educational sector after co-founding Chezhiyan Academy.
